HOW TO ADVERTISE YOUR FRENCH PROPERTY FOR SALE

Private Owners
Private Owners may advertise their French property for sale for a one-off charge of £15 per year for a standard advertisement. There are no further fees or commissions to pay. You may put as much or as little description as you like and the price includes up to 10 photos of your propery. Also included is the location of your property shown on a Googlemap, and a link to your own website for the property, if you have one. You may change or cancel your advertisement at any time, for no further charge. To get your property featured on the front page of the site costs £15 extra per year.

Estate Agents
Estate Agents packages for advertising start at as little as £60 per year. Other packages are as described in the "Compare Featured Packages" link. Please Contact us for further information. Agents can, of course, change the properties shown on this site, staying within their allocated number of properties, as often as they like.

How to Get Started
To advertise you first need to register with Best French Properties. To get started just click on the "Register" link on the "Home" page and sign up as a member. Once you have signed up as a member you will receive an email with a link which you much click on to validate your membership. Once you have done this you can select the type of membership you require (e.g. Private Owners) and upgrade your membership accordingly. You are then able to list your property or properties if you are an agent. You can delete or change your advertisement(s) at any time for no extra charge.
